100 Bench Presses (135/65)

75 Wall Balls (20/14)

50 Burpees

75 Full Crunch Wall Ball Toss (20/14)**

100 HRPU

 

**This station the plate will not be held overhead.

Rules:

-While one person is working the other person is holding a plate overhead (45/25).  

—-If the plate drops below the head or rests on the head the other person cannot be performing reps.

—-If the plate hits the ground at any point during the workout both people owe 20 burpees each on the spot.
