Round 1: You will be at each exercise for 3 minutes…1 min rest to move to your next exercise

3 minute rest in between rounds 

Round 2: You will be at each exercise for 2 minutes…1 min rest to move to your next exercise

We will make teams and tell you where you are starting.

 

Exercises:

Back Squat 

Crunch to Press (25/15) (Mod: Weighted Crunch)

Rower 

Atomic Push Up (Mod: HRPU)

 

Groups of 3 or 2

 

Goal:  

Back Squat: To move as much weight as possible

Crunch to Press: Reps 

Rower: Meters

Push Ups: Reps
