“The Hill”

Start by performing one of the following options listed below: 

10 Burpees

20 SSJ

30 HRPU

40 Squats

50 Jumping Jacks

Then run up the hill – when you reach the top perform the same exercise you did at the beginning.  

Run down the hill – when you reach the bottom perform the same exercise you did at the beginning. 

Continue for 35 minutes – performing the same exercise the entire time when you reach the top/bottom of the hill.
