*YOU MAY BE SHARING A ROWER WITH SOMEONE. This is NOT a partner workout. If you are sharing a rower with someone be aware that they may be getting on the rower at the end of your two minutes so get off quickly if that is the case. Also, since we are sharing rowers, we will have 1/2 the class starting at the 2 minute mark so the other person is essentially taking their rest as you are working.
