WOD: Tabata Style
- Rings Rows
- HRPU
- Broad Jumps
- Dips
- Format: Perform ring rows then HRPU then Broad jumps then Dips, each for 20 seconds with a 10 sec rest in between movements. That will equal 1 round. Perform 4 rounds in this fashion. Take a 2min rest. Repeat again for 4 rounds
- After the first 4 rounds you should have one total number. Then another total number after the 2nd 4 rounds.Â

- 10 Hollow Rocks
