- from 0:00 to 3:00, 3×3 @ 75% of 1RM (work on the minutes 0:00, 1:00, and 2:00)
- rest/adjust weights (3:00-4:00)
- from 4:00 to 7:00, 3×2 @ 80% of 1RM (work on the minutes 4:00, 5:00, and 6:00)
- rest/adjust weights (7:00-8:00)
- from 8:00 to 11:00, 3×1 @ 85% of 1RM (work on the minutes 8:00, 9:00, and 10:00)
WOD: 18 min Partner Ladder AMRAP
- 5-10-15-20-25..etc
- Burpee
- HSPU
- American KB Swing (70/55)
- perform 5 of each movement, then 10 of each… 15… 20… 25… etc.
- switch when you want, but tagging your partner in is necessary
