WOD: AMRAPs
- 4 Rounds
- Each round is 4 minutes of work : 1 minute of rest
- Double Unders buy-in every round:
- first round – 30 DUs, second – 60 DUs, third – 90, fourth – 120
- In remaining time, perform AMRAP of:
- 5 Ring Dips
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 15 ABMAT sit-ups
- You will have 4 separate AMRAP scores at the end of the workout
- Double Unders buy-in every round:
- Each round is 4 minutes of work : 1 minute of rest
