Strength/Skill: Snatch
- Every 3 minutes for 3 rounds:
- Bike 15/12 cals + 3 Snatches (FB – squat)
- Increase snatch weight as you wish
- Athletes 17+ do 15/12 Burpees instead of Bike
- Bike 15/12 cals + 3 Snatches (FB – squat)
WOD: Partner 10 RFT
- 9 Power Snatches (95/65)
- 15 Wall Balls (30/20)
- 9 Pullups (FB – C2Bs)
- Complete 10 rounds as a team, as fast as possible
- Alternate every exercise
- Sprint to tag in/out
- 22 minute cap
