Death By, 40 Mins
- Exercise 1: Pistols (2, 4, 6, 8, 10…) 1 for 1
until you can’t complete the required reps in that minute) - Exercise 2: Kip Swings (2, 4, 6, 8, 10..)
until you can’t complete the required reps in that minute) - Exercise 3: Hang Semi Squat Cleans (135/95) (1, 2, 3, 4, 5…)
until you can’t complete the required reps in that minute) - Back to Exercise 1 starting at 2 pistols
- Once you fail to complete the required reps in the minute, move on to the next exercise immediately without resting a minute in between one exercise to the next.
