Kick off the New Year with our exciting “PPP” Body Composition Program – standing for Protein – Portion – Period!
Program Overview:
- Protein: Focus on consuming 1 gram of protein per pound of your ideal body weight per day.
- Portion: Limit the number of times you put any portion of food into your mouth (eat less often).
- Period: Eat all of your food within a period of 8-12 hours (reduce your eating window).
In Summary: Focus on increasing protein, eating less often, and reducing your eating window.
Goal: Improve body composition.
Tracking:
- Track your PPPs at the gym or at home.
- Program runs from January 5th to February 15th.
Optional InBody Scans (You do NOT need to do the scans to participate!):
- We’re partnering with Rx Releaf (First Ave, Atlantic Highlands) for body composition InBody scans.
- They’re charging $20 for 2 scans (one at the start and one at the end).
- Free to participate in the program, or just $20 if you opt for the scans.
- Initial Scans: December 27th – January 6th
- Final Scans: February 15th – MARCH 1ST
