Skill: Toes to Bar. 6 Min EMOM of 20 seconds or work, 40 seconds rest. Max reps in 20 seconds for 6 rounds. (Keep one count for one number at the end)

- 10 KB SDHP (70/55)
- 20 min cap
- The goal is to finish the WOD. Scale Down the reps if you are not keeping up. Each round needs to be completed in 2 minutes and 30 Â seconds for you to finish under the cap.
