KB/DB 2 Arm Bent-over Row for 8 reps then Arnold Press for 8 reps – 3 sets of this , every 2 minutes
(Use a weight the will accommodate the Arnold Press as that is the more difficult movement)
OR partner up with someone use different weights for each exercise

Partner Ladder – For Time – 30 min cap

Wall Balls (20/14) – Switch every rep (partner wall balls maybe?)
Russian Swings (70/50) – EYE Level (you do 5, I do 5)
Box Jumps – alternate every rep: You go, I go?
DB one arm press (1 for 1) (50/30) (you do 5, I do 5)

40 reps combined then
30 reps combined then
20 reps combined then
