Skill: Bentover Row without weight

WOD: AMRAPs

  1. 2 min of:
    • 10/7 Bike/Ski Erg cals
    • 10 Alternating DB Snatches (50/40)
      • rest 1 min
  2. 2 min of:
    • 15/10 Row cals
    • 10 T2B
      • rest 1 min
  3. 2 min of:
    • 7 Hollow Rocks
    • 9 V-ups
    • 11 ABMAT Sit Ups
      • 1 rest 1 min
  • Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds.
  • Always start from the top when going back to an AMRAP, i.e. always go back to the machine.
  • Good luck keeping an AMRAP score!  But if you can record it in SugarWOD.
    • SugarWOD will ask you for 9 scores, 1 for each individual 2-minute AMRAP since you will start from the beginning each time.
  • The AMRAPs will end at the 27-minute mark, at that point you have 7 minutes to complete 4 x 8 Bent-over Rows (FB: Build up to a 1RM Thruster, off of the racks).
