Strength/Skill: EMOM
- 5 rounds of:
- 7 Floor Press
- 7 Bent-over Row
- 7 Front Squats
- You will perform 7 reps of each exercise a total of 5 times.
- Move on to the next exercise every minute on the minute.
- No prescribed weight.
WOD: For Time
- 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2
- Thrusters (135/95)
- Burpees, over the bar
- T2B
- 6 min cap
- Rest 2 minutes, then repeat one more time.
- If you are able to complete the workout in under 6 minutes wait until the 8 minute mark to repeat with everyone else.
