- Goal of today’s WOD is to JUST MOVE. I chose exercises that will get you moving and give you a good sweat. FOCUS on form, consistency, staying in a flow, and pacing.
- G2O (plate 45/25) (knuckles to ground or to an elevated surface, maybe an ABMAT or HSPU mat…Not plate to ground)
- Air Squat
- TRX/Ring Row
- Cal on Bike
- V-ups
- Add up all reps for one score after each round
- 4 rounds total = 4 separate scores
- If more than 7 people in class then start people in different spots
- 1 Min Rest after Each Round
- 1 Min work per exercise
- Post-Game/Mobility:
- Front Support: 8 Rounds of 20:20
