  2. WOD: Fight Gone Bad
    • Goal of today’s WOD is to JUST MOVE. I chose exercises that will get you moving and give you a good sweat. FOCUS on form, consistency, staying in a flow, and pacing. 
    • G2O (plate 45/25) (knuckles to ground or to an elevated surface, maybe an ABMAT or HSPU mat…Not plate to ground)
    • Air Squat
    • TRX/Ring Row
    • Cal on Bike
    • V-ups
      • Add up all reps for one score after each round
      • 4 rounds total = 4 separate scores
      • If more than 7 people in class then start people in different spots
      • 1 Min Rest after Each Round
      • 1 Min work per exercise
