FOCUS: Catching the clean in our standard position
FOCUS: Catching the barbell with locked out elbows

WOD: 18 Min EMOM
Min 1: 5 Burpees
Min 2: 5 Burpees + 7 BJO (24/20)
Min 3: 5 Burpees + 7 BJO (24/20) + up to 5 Hang Semi Squat Clean and Press (135/95)

Min 4: Same as minute 1
Min 5: Same as minute 2
Min 6: Same as minute 3
Continue in this fashion until the 18 minutes are done
