WOD: Sprint Work

  • With 5 minutes on the clock perform the following:
    • 15 Russian KB swings (70/50)
      • 10 Burpees
    • 9 KB Goblet squats (70/50)
      • 10 Burpees
    • 6 American KB swings (70/50)
      • Max Burpees with remaining time
        • 1 min rest
        • Record how many Burpees you were able to complete in that last set.
          • Repeat 2 more times
          • 3 Total Scores
