Our mission is to help you FLOURISH through assessing your individual movement patterns, teaching you how to move with purpose, adapting to your goals as they change, and providing you with instruction and education during class. Our goal is to build a facility in which you are inspired to work hard, feel safe when you are here, and leave feeling fulfilled. Regardless of your past athletic experience or current fitness level, everyone who first comes to Isabella Fitness is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, movements, terminology, and pre-workout warm-ups before participating in our Group Classes. It all begins with scheduling a Free Fitness Assessment. During the session, will first discuss your goals, exercise history, injury history, and, simply, learn more about you! Afterward, we will provide you with a workout with one of our experienced trainers. You will leave the session with an individual plan for moving forward in will include a prescribed number of 1-on-1 personal training sessions; just you and the coach with the flexibility to schedule at your convenience. This is the perfect time to ask questions, get comfortable and meet our community before transitioning into our group classes. To schedule a session, please contact us.

- Once you have completed the Fitness Assessment, you will begin your individual program prescription.
- The individual design allows us to customize your experience. Our vision is to help you maximize your fitness while staying injury-free.
What you need to know about Isabella FItness
- We accommodate to people who do not necessarily want to do CF – meaning, we offer other programs and training that may suit your needs.
- We do personal and group training that can be geared toward CrossFit or Not geared toward CF. At the end of the day, we are going to customize our programming to meet your goals.
- We offer a comprehensive introduction program for people who want to do CF but something is holding them back. This program will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in class.
- We have 100+ athletes who all vary in ability, age, goals, previous experience, etc. This means that we understand how to work with a variety of people who have different needs and expectations.
- We understand that not everyone is into “CrossFit” and that’s fine. You have to understand that we can still help you reach your fitness goals. At the end of the day, we are a fitness facility that teaches Fitness!
