Death By: 40 MINUTES

  • 1 Run to the fence and back, 2, 3, 4, until you can’t complete the number of reps in 1 min
    • then move onto
  • Semi-Squat Snatch (115/75), 2, 3, 4, until you can’t complete the number of reps in 1 min
    • then
  • 10 Jump Ropes (D.U.) 20, 30, 40, until you can’t complete the number of reps in 1 min
    • then
  • 5 ABMAT Sit Ups, 10, 15, 20, until you can’t complete the number of reps in 1 min
    • then
  • 2 OHS (115/75), 4, 6, 8, until you can’t complete the number of reps in 1 min
    • then back to Running
