Strength/Skill: Deadlift

  • Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds:
    • 2 DL singles @ 85%
    • 5 Box Jumps, as high as possible.

WOD: 15 min AMRAP

  • 5 DL (315/225)
  • 10 Lateral Bar-over Burpees
  • 20 single-arm DB/KB Thrusters, alternating every 5 reps (50/35)
    • Record rounds and reps.

3 min AMAP: Burpee Pullups

  • For athletes using bands or doing rows, do an AMRAP of 7 Burpees & 7 Pullups/rows.
