WOD: 21 Min EMOM
- Goal of today’s WOD is to focus on holding yourself accountable on the pull ups. Push yourself on the burpees to get done with them quickly. Keep your elbows tight to your body when doing the floor presses.
- Min 1: 6 Hollow Body Pull Ups
- Min 2: 12 Plate Burpees
- Min 3: 8 Floor Presses (155/95)
