  • 8 KB/DB Burpee Step Ups (35s/20s) holding 2 (DO 1 Burpee then step up onto the box with both feet, step off, and step back onto the box again with both feet). Essentially you are doing 1 burpee then 2 step ups (1 step up lead with the left leg and the other step up lead with the right leg)
  • 10 KBS (70/50)
  • 75 Jump Ropes (DU)

*start every round with 30-sec bike sprints. Stop doing the Bike Cals once the goal is met.
