Strength/Skill: Deadlift, 4 x 3 @ 70%, every 90 seconds

  • **One single, drop, then hold on for last two reps.

WOD: Partner Sprints

  1. 5 Rounds each of
    • 15 DL (155/105)
    • 10 Lateral Bar-over Burpees
    • 5 Cleans (155/105)
      • One partner does a full round at a time.
        • While one partner is working on a round the other will be holding 2 DBs/KBs for intervals of 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest between intervals, until the other partner finishes their round.
          • Switch each time a round is complete.
            • Each partner will do 5 rounds.
              • 26 minute cap.
                • You can record the time of each of your 5 rounds.
