WOD: Partner Battle – 23 minute cap
- Part A)  5 RFT
- 5 Semi-squat Cleans (155/105)
- 10 Kip Swings
- 15 Deadlifts (same weight as clean)
 
- Part B)  500m Row (.6 bike)
- Each person will complete their own 5 rounds.
- Switch every time the person on the 500m row finishes.
- You pick up where you left off when you go back to the 5 RFT.
- 1 score for each partner of the time it takes to finish 5 RFT.
