Strength/Skill: Semi-squat Clean with Pauses

  • Pause at knee, hip, and on the catch
    • 10 x 1, EMOM

WOD: Partner Battle – 23 minute cap

  • Part A)  5 RFT
    • 5 Semi-squat Cleans (155/105)
    • 10 Kip Swings
    • 15 Deadlifts (same weight as clean)
  • Part B)  500m Row (.6 bike)
    • Each person will complete their own 5 rounds.
      • Switch every time the person on the 500m row finishes.
        • You pick up where you left off when you go back to the 5 RFT.
          • 1 score for each partner of the time it takes to finish 5 RFT.
