Strength/Skill: Hollow Holds & Touch-and-Go Snatches
- Every 2 minutes for 3 rounds:
- 30 second Hollow Hold + 3 TNG Snatches @ 70% of 1RM
WOD: Partner AMRAP, 28 minutes
- 30 Double Unders
- 20 Snatches (75/45)
- 10 Burpee KB DLs (70s/50s)
- Partners alternate working every minute (1 min on, 1 min off)
- Pick up where the other person left off
- You are working as a team and will have one score
