  • Power Cleans (125/85)

Record your time…With the remaining time from the 7 minutes…REST

  • 0-7:00
  • 7:00-14:00
  • 14:00-21:00
  • 21:00-28:00

You will have 4 scores by the end of the workout. Record your actual score for each round.
