20 Push Ups

20 Full Crunches

20 Air Squats

 Each Round add another hill 

 

For 10 Minutes

100 Crunches

Run 1 Lap Around Lake (.9 miles)

100 Crunches

 

For 10 Minutes

Double It

1 Burpee

1 Dips

1 Full Lunges (each Leg)

1 SJ

1 V-Ups

Then 2 of each, 4 of each, 8, 16, 32, 64,…
