WOD: EMOM – 20 minutes
Even Minutes: 5 Front Squats (135/95) – 3 Second decent, 1 sec ascent. (5 reps should take 25 seconds)
Odd Minutes: 5 K2E, 5 Box Jumps, 5 SDHP (135/95)
Cash Out: Bring Sally Up Air Squats
You will have to use the same weight for your front squat and SDHP.
K2E Modification = Knee tucks
Box Jumps = do not step up onto box, use plates to get a height you are comfortable jumping onto.
