WOD: “EMOM” -Wed 5.27.15

Strength: 3RM TNG Cleans, any kind, 7×3 (0:00, 1:30, 3:00, 4:30, 6:00, 7:30, 9:00) – Everyone Starts at 55% of their 1RM for their first set

Focus: Starting Position, ending position, back to safe starting position for next rep. 

WOD: EMOMs

  • Min 1: 3 TNG Cleans (pick a weight from the 7×3 that you felt good with)
  • Min 2: 10 T2B
  • Min 3: 15 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 8 rounds total, 24 min
  • *Mod the reps as needed before the WOD and stick with it!
