WOD: “OLY and EMOM” -Tues 2.10.15

Skill: Squat Snatch – Work up to a 1RM  7 x 1

Every 90 seconds perform 1 rep

 

WOD: 16 Min EMOM

Min 1:  2 Squat Snatches + 1 OHS (snatch, snatch, ohs) (80% of 1RM) —> Multiply your 1RM Snatch by .80 – that is the weight you will use for the workout.**

Min 2:  10 Burpees

 

*You can use the 1RM from today or a previous 1RM (ask your coach for help if you don’t have a 1RM or you are confused)
