Squat Jumps
One Arm KB Press (50/30) (or dumbbell)
Ring Dips (mod: bench dips)
1 min rest in between stations
All equipment should be set up before the workout begins.
You and your partner will spend 5 minutes at each station
Person A completes 5 reps THEN Person B completes 5 reps = 1 round
Goal: Complete as many rounds at each station as possible
Scoring:
Each Station you will start from zero
At the end of the workout you should have 6 scores
If you and your partner complete 6 rounds and Person A completed 4 reps on the next round your score is 6 +4.
If you and your partner complete 6 rounds and Person A completes their 5 but Person B only completes 3 your score is 6 +8
