WOD: “Partner AMRAP” -Mon 5.4.15

Strength: 7 Sets to work up to a 1RM Complex of Hang Clean + Power Clean. (0, 1:30, 3, 4:30, 6, 7:30, 9)

Focus: Hook Grip

WOD:  22 Min Partner AMRAP 

  • 500 Foot Run (125 foot mark to fence and Back twice)
  • 10 Deadlifts (at your last successful complex weight from above)
  • 5 Power Cleans (at your last successful complex weight from above)

*While one person is working on the AMRAP the other person is performing 3 Rope Climbs. Once your partner is done with 3 Rope Climbs switch and pick up where the other person left off.  

*You and your partner will have ONE AMRAP Score. 

*Use your own bar for the DL and Cleans unless you agree on using the same weight 

Solo:

  • 500 Foot Run (125 foot mark to fence and Back twice)
  • 10 Deadlifts (at your last successful complex weight from above)
  • 5 Power Cleans (at your last successful complex weight from above)
  • 3 Rope Climbs
