- 500 Foot Run (125 foot mark to fence and Back twice)
- 10 Deadlifts (at your last successful complex weight from above)
- 5 Power Cleans (at your last successful complex weight from above)
*While one person is working on the AMRAP the other person is performing 3 Rope Climbs. Once your partner is done with 3 Rope Climbs switch and pick up where the other person left off.
