How to do it:  While the person sprinting every station is performing their exercise until the sprinter finished their suicide.  When the sprinter is finished, everyone rotates to the next station.  The set is completed when everyone has been the sprinter.

What is a suicide:  On a basketball court the sprinter starts on the baseline and runs to the foul line closest to them and back, then runs to half court and back, then opposite foul line and back, and the entire court and back.
