SSJ 

Goal:  To complete 8 rounds of the following

How to do it: Start with HRPU Рperform for 20 seconds, take a 10 second break then perform squat jumps for 20 seconds, rest 10 sec, Perform Dips for 20 sec, rest 10 sec, then perform SSJ for 20 seconds, rest 10.  Continue for a total of 8 rounds.  Now rest in between rounds.
