How to do this:  Perform the first exercise for 20 seconds.  Then take a 10 second break.  Perform the second exercise for 20 seconds. 10 second rest.  Then perform the 3rd and 4th with that same 20:10 ratio.  Repeat the entire tabata 7 more time.
