Practice: Crunch to Wall Ball  


Teams of 3 to 4

30 Minutes

20 Calories on the Row

20 Burpees

20 Bench Press (135/65)  (mod: HRPU)

20 Pull Ups

20 Crunch to Wall Ball (20/14)  (mod: wall ball)

1st person on the team starts at the rower.  Once person 1 is done with the rower he/she moves onto burpees.  At this point, person 2 begins to row.  Follow the leader.  There is one leader per team.  The other members of the team follow the leader.
