“Team Tuesday”

Station 1:  Run One Lap Around Lake (around .9 of a mile)

Station 2:  Run As Many Hills As Possible in 10 Minutes

Station 3:  Accumulate As Many Points As Possible in The PIT. 

Point System for PIT:

 5pts per Pull Up

4pts per Burpee

3pts per Push Up

2pts per Dip

1pt per Side Hop
