“AMRAP”

15 Minutes 

100 Jump Ropes

25 Squats

100 Jump Ropes

25 Push ups

Goal:  To complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

How to do it: Perform 100 jump ropes, then 25 squats, then 100 jump ropes, and finally 25 push ups.  Repeat as many times as possible in 15 minutes.
