  • During the skill, coaches should be working with you on how to challenge yourself today. Then you will practice with that challenge during the pregame

Pregame: 4 Rounds of 1 Rope Climb, 30 ABMAt Sit Ups (NFT)

  • 800 Meter Run
    • 3 Legless Rope Climbs
    • 12 Snatches (75%)
  • 800 Meter Run
    • 2 Legless Rope Climbs
    • 9 Snatches
  • 800 Meter Run
    • 1 Legless Rope Climbs
    • 6 Snatches
      • 25 min cap
  1. Scaling Suggestions:
    1. Run – Bike 2km instead of 800 Meter
    2. Rope Climbs – CHALLENGE yourself today! If that means you go half way up instead of straight body then do it. If that means you do legless half way and use the legs the rest of the way up then do it! Have Fun with it! Make it Tough
    3. Snatches – Stay as close to 75% as possible. If you are still new (under 3 months) 75% should mean nothing to you—you are concerned with points of performance.
