Strength/Skill: Handstand Pushups

  • 3 x 8, every 2 minutes

WOD: 20 min Partner Relay AMRAP

  • 9 HSPUs
  • 12 T2B
  • 15 Goblet Squats (70/50)
    • **Transition: .3/.2 miles on the bike
      • One partner works on the AMRAP while the other works on the bike.
      • Partners switch back and forth every time the partner on the bike goes .3/.2 miles.
      • Record the amount of rounds and reps you and your partner are able to complete in 20 minutes as a team.
      • Athletes 17+ use the rower 250/200 meters
