    • 50 DUs
    • 20 HRPU (you can choose to do ring pushups as a challenge)
    • 10 C2B
      • While one partner is working on the AMRAP, the other is biking for calories (15/12).  Switch when the partner on the bike is done with their calories.

March 24, 2017: Friday Night Lights (80’s Theme)

On Friday, from 6-9(ish)pm we have our annual Friday Night Lights. This is a great time to come and get a workout in with a lot of athletes from the box. Everyone is welcome to join. We are doing the 80’s theme dress code. Optional, not mandatory. Please sign up on the APP as I will have heat times based on the workout. There will not be a 6:10pm class exclusively, the normal Friday 6:10pm crew members should sign up for the Friday Night Lights’ Class.
