 Skill: Strict Pull Up – Maintain Hollow Body Position – 4×4 (Use Bands if necessary. If bands are not enough then use Rows) Every 90 Seconds
  • Some reps near the end of the video from this video below shows what we DON’T want when doing a ROW. We do not want hips to rise up or sink low

WOD: Interval Work
  • Goal of today’s WOD is to Sprint. The value of the WOD comes in moving as fast as possible. The row should be miserable
  • 500/400 Meter Row
  • 12 Pull Ups
  • 6 Broad Jumps
  • 3 Min Rest
    • 3 more rounds (4 rounds total)
    • Record your time after your 4th round – 1 ending score

Stretch Time: Ankle/Calf Stretch. 2×30 sec each side
