WOD: Every 3 Minutes for 24 Minutes

Part A:  Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes

10 Back Squats (60%)

15 KBS (70/50)

20 Slam Balls (30/20)

*If you finish before 3 minutes then you get to rest until the next 3 minute mark (If you do not finish the slam balls just record how many you completed)

 

3 min rest

 

Part B: Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes

10 Floor Presses (135/95)

15 Box Jumps (23/20)

20 Ground to Overhead (45/25) Plate

*If you finish before 3 minutes then you get to rest until the next 3 minute mark (If you do not finish the G2O just record how many you completed)

Modify the reps as needed
