20  Walking Overhead Lunges

20 Burpees

20 Push Ups

Goal:  To complete 5 rounds of the following exercises in as little time as possible.

Rest: When needed

How to do it:  Perform 20 lunges, 20 burpees, and 20 push ups; that equals 1 round. Complete that 5 times.
