Another strategy I have been implementing to get healthy is removing products (household and personal) that are filled with carcinogens, chemicals, dyes, and artificial fragrances.
I have been making my own deodorant, dish soap, mouthwash, disinfectant wipes, body spray, and air freshener. I have changed my toothpaste as well as using Miswak Sticks for brushing.
