Strength/Skill: 2-pause Clean
- Pause at the knee & pause at the hip/upper thigh, then clean the barbell
- 7 x 1, EMOM
WOD: 4 Rounds
- In 3 minutes complete the following:
- 30 SSJ (1 for 1)
- 10 C2B Pullups (F.B. 7 Muscle Ups)
- Max Cleans at 75% of 1RM
- rest 2 minutes / record score, repeat 3 more times
- Scale to have at least 1 min to 1:30 to work on cleans
- Record a separate score for each round (4 total)
