Strength/Skill: Deadlift
- Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds:
- 2 DL singles @ 85%
- 5 Box Jumps, as high as possible.
WOD: 15 min AMRAP
- 5 DL (315/225)
- 10 Lateral Bar-over Burpees
- 20 single-arm DB/KB Thrusters, alternating every 5 reps (50/35)
- Record rounds and reps.

3 min AMAP: Burpee Pullups
- For athletes using bands or doing rows, do an AMRAP of 7 Burpees & 7 Pullups/rows.
