How the Fresh Start Nutrition worked for others

How it worked for others:

Tassia Dos Santos – First Impression

  • My first impression: FINALLY!!! I have found someone who is ready to teach me what clean eating really is and how easy it can be done.  I’ve done a few weight loss challenges in my life, however, none of those times did someone sit down with me to explain every detail of the program.  Usually, this is how it goes… “here’s your diet plan, follow or you will fail.” NOT with Ben!!! We had a two-hour introduction meeting that involved getting to the bottom of every detail. The best part of all is that Ben doesn’t call it weight loss program but life changing habits – to live a disease free, healthier life. This is what I have been dreaming of for a long time, and I’m so happy I came across Ben and his facility. I have finally found the right person to guide me through this process. We started by going over how to eat, when to eat, and what do eat. He gets to the bottom of everything, and after that reality hits. You see that your “healthy” eating habits aren’t so healthy after all. Ben explains how you can still enjoy good food, going out with friends, and making wise choices without feeling guilty. I left the meeting feeling so excited, refreshed and ready to start. Since our meeting, I have been looking at food so differently and consciously. I can’t wait for what’s ahead. In summary, my first impression of Ben’s wellness programs is amazing. I, for once in my life, have found the right coach to guide me through this change. He understands real nutrition, is organized, motivating, keeps it real and details the program to your personal lifestyle. I couldn’t be happier. The best part of the meeting was how he made me see what food really is, and that stuck with me.
  • 3 weeks in: 4.23.17: Everyone close to me has noticed how I have been working so hard to make this change in my life. My mom and my husband said that I’m  finally being my old self, motivated and not giving up.  (I told the last 2 years has been a yo-yo diet – start one week, give up the next).  Brain fog has definitely gotten better. I still experience here and there but I’m sharper throughout the day. Mental focus has been on point except for the last 2-3 days that I have been very off of myself but overall I’m 100% committed to change my habits for good.  I’m completely fine with my coffee without dairy. Coconut milk does the trick and I actually enjoy my coffee again. I do miss having cheese. Probably one of my favorite foods. However, besides my coffee and cheese I never really consume dairy products such as yogurt etc. So I don’t miss it too much.

Dalvin – First impression

  • I am impressed and stunned at the same time.  I like to try new things but also brained washed by TV. I can’t wait for the changes.

Devon – First impression

  • The initial consultation was great–above and beyond what I expected. Admittedly, I was and still am a little overwhelmed and intimidated toward the end. I began to worry about all the life changes I would have to make with regard to my usual food selections, my ability to go out to eat, my ability to eat with friends and family. I’ll definitely be asking about those things in the future, but for now, I’m will take the plunge and make positive changes in my life. Thanks for all involved and prompt responses. I have to admit I had a level of skepticism when considering a health coach, especially with regard to the price, but so far you’ve gone above and beyond my expectations–so thank you.

  • After my first meeting with Kevin, my first impression of the program is that it is pretty intense.  That being said, coming from a place of knowing very little about nutrition and diet, the program is laid out in a way that not only tells you what you are doing but explains why you have to do it.  Although I’m scared, nervous and excited to start this, the one thing that attracted me to this program is knowing that I can work closely with someone along the way, who will be answering questions, as well as holding me accountable. Bring on the greens, grass-fed meats and healthy fats. Cheers!!

  • Walking in, I knew this was going to be difficult. Difficult mentally, emotionally, and physically. To change the way I have viewed/felt about food and nutrition for the last 27 years of my life was overwhelming. I was scared but I knew I had to change; change for ME. Walking out of our first meeting I felt empowered. I felt like going through this difficult process was not going to be as difficult. You helped me realize that a life long change was a possibility. I am looking forward to our next meeting and the meeting after that. I am looking forward to the rest of my life. 💪

  • When first listening about the wellness program, it pretty much went against everything I had been doing or hearing about all my life. I thought maybe it was just your spin on another one of the ” programs” out there. I was skeptical. However, the more you spoke and broke it down, it made sense. When I left I was excited that I would be attacking my goals from a different approach, yet still skeptical. The more I read through everything once I got home and again later that night I realized it all makes sense. I’m excited and feeling more confident that this program will help me reach my goal and allow me to live a healthier lifestyle.

  • First off, I’m excited but I am also nervous. This is going to be the first time where I am trying a program where I can see that the coach is just as excited, if not more than I am. I love the fact that it’s not a “go and do this” and it costs this much money and “see you in a few weeks”. I like the fact that the coaches are learning every day to make it better for me.

Sky – First impression

  • Even though I know it is going to be a lot of hard work, I am excited to get started. I am encouraged that I can be successful implementing the recommended adjustments because the support system is unbelievable.  I don’t feel like I am doing this alone, but rather as a team – me and my coach. The right tools were given and it is now up to me to use them!

  • Making a big lifestyle change can be difficult on your own but this program makes it easy. You have someone with you every step of the way to guide you through it and hold you accountable for what you are consuming. I’m still at the very beginning but I’ve already learned a lot about what to buy, avoid, what to cook with, how to prep my meals, and how different foods can affect my mind and body. I can already feel a difference in my energy levels and how I’m feeling so I can’t wait to see how I feel at the end of this program .
