Skill: Pistol (goal is to find a new standard that challenges you)

  • This new standard should allow you to complete the workout to follow —> For Time of 25 Alt Pistols (2 for 1, aka 50 total) 4 min cap

WOD: 4RFT

  • 24 Alt Pistols (1 for 1)
  • 18 Cal Bike or Row (Alt Every Round) *15th person in class should use ERG. Anyone over 15 will sub cals for burpees
  • 50 Double Unders
    • 20 Min Cap
